In December, Vineland Elks President Joseph Romano presented a $1,000 donation to the Police Athletic Leagues (PAL), Director, Officer Philip Martinez. This donation was made possible by the Elks’ Gratitude Grant from the Elks National Foundation to help the organization continue their work providing local youth with activities throughout the year.
