Doris Morgan of Ned’s Honey, LLC, in Millville, holds a model of the honeybee that is part of the business she and her husband operate. Speaking before the Millville Woman’s Club at its January meeting, she explained the process of collecting bees to produce the honey that is used not only as food and medicine but also in soaps, lotions, candles, and other products.
