The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month at its Carl Arthur Center site recently. The Club recognized Foster Grandmom Hilda Velez for 13 years of service, as well as Vineland City Councilman Al Vargas, and Sergeant Herb Ortiz for their service to the community and youth.
