On December 23, several AVID 12 students met at Inspira Hospital to donate 30 stockings filled with crayons, coloring books, stickers, and games. We also donated many more items that did not fit in the stockings. The students spoke with nurses about their jobs and experiences, as many of our students want to pursue various careers in the medical field. The stocking donation drive exceeded expectations, and they are extremely grateful to all those who helped us meet (and surpass) their goal. During this student-led service project, the AVID 12 students were a shining example of what it means to be a Bolt in our community.
