County Women’s Hall of Fame To Induct Three

The Cumberland County Women’s Hall of Fame recently announced three new inductees. The organization honors local women of outstanding achievement who have made significant contributions to a profession, the community, or women’s issues. Monies from the event are used to award scholarships to young women who graduate from Cumberland County high schools and go on to higher education.

The Hall of Fame was founded by Louise T. Bertacchi, who wanted the hall of fame to inspire future generations.

The Cumberland County Women’s Hall of Fame 2026 Induction Ceremony is scheduled for March 18, 2026, at Merighi’s Savoy Inn. The inductees are:

Effie-Maud Aldrich Morrison (posthumous), former Deputy Director of the Cumberland County Welfare Board; Robin Walton Voorhees, Sr. Vice President, External Affairs and Chief Philanthropy Officer, Inspira Health; and Jennifer-Webb-McRae, Cumberland County prosecutor.
