7 Brew Coffee To Locate in Vineland

A new 7 Brew Coffee drive-through is coming to Vineland, according to plans recently approved by the Vineland Planning Board. 7 Brew intends to develop a 510-square-foot location at 1234 W. Landis Avenue, taking over the site of a former bank building that will be demolished for the project in a prime commercial area near Walmart and ShopRite. The project is supposed to feature a manufactured, modular structure with a double-lane drive-through, and 260-square-foot cooler building. 

This development is part of a rapid expansion of 7 Brew in South Jersey, providing a new drive-through option for residents. Other prospective locations include Lawnside and Voorhees.

7 Brew construction uses a “drop-in” model where the building is manufactured off-site and then lifted into place by a crane once the foundation work is finished.
