Mary Miskelly, 3rd Vice President of the Millville Woman’s Club (MWC), coordinated the Sweets for Seniors project. Club members were asked to donate tins of cookies and wrapped pieces of candy. Donations were plentiful and on December 5, Mary and her committee put these tins of cookies and wrapped pieces of candy into over 200 individual bags. Chris McMahon and Miranda Pettit came from the Millville Housing Authority to pick up the bags for distribution to residents in senior housing.
