The Community Foodbank of New Jersey will host a free program at the Vineland Public Library. Through NJ SNAP-Ed, CFBNJ’s free workshop will focus on the importance of nutrition education. Attendees will learn how to choose healthy food on a budget and how to incorporate exercise into their daily lives.
This event will take place on Monday, September 23 from 3 to 4 p.m. in the library’s Community Event Room, located on the first floor. The Vineland Public Library is located at 1058 E. Landis Avenue. Registration is not required, walk-ins are welcome.
