Cole the Deaf Dog Imparts Empowering Message

Young people from Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County were recently treated to a visit by Cole the Deaf Dog. He is the 2023 ASPCA Dog of the Year and the message he conveyed to Club members is that “disability is not an inability, it’s a superpower.”
