The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County presented an Award of Appreciation to John F. Scarpa Technical Education Center of Cumberland County’s STRIVE (Students Training Rigorously In Vocational Education) program. This vital program educates special needs students and helps them reach their full educational and independence potential.

In a meet and greet held at the center, the staff and students accepted the recognition presented by Club Director Chris Volker and board member Sharon Baxter. CCTEC’s STRIVE program helped the Club print and fold its newsletter “Club News,” which is distributed to over 1,800 people twice yearly.
