Black History Celebrated

Cumberland County Freeholder Jack Surrency spoke to Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberlsnd County members about chasing your dreams and achieving your goals as part of a Black History Month Celebration in February. The event was held at the Club’s Carl Arthur Center site.
