Vineland Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with Music and Dance

The City of Vineland, in conjunction with the Landis Theater Foundation, is proud to honor the rich history and contributions of the Hispanic community with a dance and concert double header on Saturday, September 20. The fun will kick-off at 4:00 pm in front of the Landis Theater with “Dancing on the Avenue” featuring DJ Flair and special guests. Come out and dance along to the Latin inspired music from a variety of genres until about 8:00 pm. This is a Free event.

Following the dancing fun, Soundboy Cartagena HipHop Jibarito will take the Landis Theater stage for a special high energy concert. Opening the show will be Jessica Taylor performing the music of Selena, and Mariachi El Charro Poblano performing the traditional music of Mexico. Following the concert at approximately 10:30 pm, a Meet and Greet with the artists will be held in the 830 East room on the 2nd floor of the Theater building. Tickets for the show are available at www.thelandistheater.com.
