Vantage Commercial is thrilled to announce another successful sale of an industrial property in Millville. The facility, located at 525 Orange Street, was home to Parker Chomerics, a firm specializing in aviation instrumentation glass. After 40 years in Millville the company consolidated locations and relocated to Boston, joining another division to leverage a larger facility. Vantage Commercial was selected by the owners of 525 Orange Street to list the building and locate a buyer.

Ken Richardson, executive director and Corinne Giletto, senior advisor at Vantage Commercial, represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. Leisure Pools, headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee purchased the building as they had a need for additional capacity on the East Coast. The 70,000-square-foot building, including the adjacent 20 acres of land, filled the requirements for the fiberglass pool manufacturer.

“Leisure Pools will enjoy the facility and have the option for future expansion with the additional land adjacent to the plant. The Orange Street facility met all of their requirements and ownership had a positive experience working with Vantage and the town of Millville,” Richardson said.
