Insurance Group Leases on The Ave

Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) represented the tenant, Hardenbergh Insurance Group, in the successful lease of a 5,200-square-foot office space located at 228 West Landis Avenue in Vineland.

Hardenbergh selected this office property to strengthen its presence in Vineland and enhance visibility along Landis Avenue. Jason Wolf, managing principal, and Andrew Koller, senior advisor, represented the tenant in this transaction. According to real estate developer  Vineland Construction Company (VCC), 228 W. Landis Avenue is the premier office building in Vineland. It includes new features and amenities, such as a new lobby design with a three-story green wall, enhanced common area with lounge, and other upgrades.
