Drum2BFit for Adults

Cumberland County Library, 800 E. Commerce St., Bridgeton. 6:30 p.m. Adults 18 and up may participate. Presented by Valerie Gouse, a certified cardio drumming instructor. Seated participants will be guided through basic movements like stretching, bending and reaching to improve strength, flexibility, balance and memory.
