The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County is offering Enrichment Programs for youth at its newly-licensed Carl Arthur Center site located at 304 West Plum Street in Vineland. The hours can be full day or half day depending on the need. All COVID-19 precautions are in place and the building is sanitized daily and deep-cleaning is done weekly (Wednesdays).
