Bill Bottino Cancer Foundation Donates $40K to Jefferson Health

The Bridgeton, NJ-based Bill Bottino Cancer Foundation recently donated $40,000 to the Patient Assistance Fund at Jefferson Health’s Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center locations in southern New Jersey.

Last year, 35 patients who needed help with rent, utilities, or transportation received financial assistance from this fund, allowing them to continue focusing on their treatment and care.

“We thank the Bill Bottino Cancer Foundation for its decade-long support of our programs,” said Tamara LaCouture, MD, Jefferson Health’s chief of cancer services in New Jersey. “The Bottinos’ ongoing collaboration and generosity helps us keep patients and their families at the center of all we do.”

Jefferson’s two New Jersey advanced care hubs of the NCI-designated Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center are located in Cherry Hill and Washington Township. For more information, visit www.JeffersonHealth.org/cancer.
