Big Brothers Big Sisters Welcomes New Board Member

Big Brother Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties (BBBS) is delighted to announce that Erin Mendez has joined the organization’s Board of Trustees. Mendez was born and raised in Vineland and has been a financial advisor since graduating from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Mendez continued her education and earned four professional designations—Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA). She currently works for Liberty Point Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc.

“I am thrilled to join the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and make a positive impact on the youth within our community,” said Mendez. “I want to share my life and professional experiences with the Littles of our organization in an effort to aid them on their path in life.”

Mendez currently lives in Vineland, with her husband, a lifelong firefighter, and their two daughters. She currently works with multiple organizations in the community and is an active member of Tri-County Rotary.
