The Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA’s recent Glow in the Dark Zumba-thon gave approximately 30 people a chance to exercise, wear their Halloween costumes, and enjoy the outdoors. As darkness fell on a beautiful day, the beat went on and the COVID-safe workout was fun for all. Costumes ranged from Superwoman to Superman. A team of three instructors led the moves (and the laughs) throughout the hour and a half event. Masks were worn, though for pandemic safety instead of Halloween fashion.
