The Woman’s Club of Vineland held its business meeting recently. Guest speaker Linda Shimmel gave a short class on chair yoga. She shared various exercises and deep-breathing skills for stress management, overall health, mobility and wellness.
Linda Gallina from The Woman’s Club of Vineland thanked Shimmel for her presentation.
The March business meeting will be on March 11 at 1 p.m. and the speaker will be Carmen DiGiorio, who will present information on Vineland tax programs.
