Inspira Medical Center Vineland will offer a course to teach life and safety skills to youth ages 11 through 15. On Saturday, December 14, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Module II Safe Sitter® course will be offered. It covers the basics of first aid; and how to recognize and respond to common life-threatening emergencies. This includes chest compressions, assisted breathing and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). The cost of the class is $75, including course materials. Lunch is not included.
