Project Thanksgiving Helps Veterans and Food Banks

Project Thanksgiving’s 14th annual turkey drive is having a party at Raymour and Flanigan, 3880 S Delsea Drive in Vineland on Saturday, November 19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. DJ Joe Gorgo will be on-site live-streaming music for WJGRradio.com. There will be free refreshments and small gifts for children. Drop off a frozen turkey or $20 and receive five tickets to win door prizes. All veterans receive five free tickets. Door prizes include a one-liter bottle of Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey, 1.5 liter bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, FAO Schwarz 30-piece motorized train set, and more. Local pageant winners will be on-site to greet you. Your generous donations will help local veterans and food banks. Hand and Stone Massage will be collecting new blankets and monetary donations at their Millville location (2192 N 2nd Street) on behalf of Project Thanksgiving. The blankets will be distributed to individuals and families in need by Spirit and Truth Ministries.
