Tri County Rotary Members Learn About Yoga and Sound Bowls

Ahmad Graves-El was the special guest at a recent Tri-County Rotary Club meeting and treated the members to a sample yoga and sound bath session. Graves-El is a communications specialist at Rowan College of South Jersey, as well as a yoga instructor, certified sonic alchemist and hip-hop lyricist.
