New Standard Senior Living at Millville Hosts Event, Seeks Residents and Employees

New Standard Senior Living at Millville hosted a Commissioning Event on October 21. Speakers included Mayor Michael Santiago, Assemblywoman Downey, Assemblyman Spearman and Neala Martin, senior vice president, Acquisitions, CREA.

Construction of the 154-bed assisted living facility near Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center is complete, and interviewing for residents and staff has been ongoing. New Standard at Hammonton and New Standard at Egg Harbor are due to be completed in the first quarter of 2021, housing nearly 500 residents.

At New Standard Senior Living, residents enjoy freedom from home maintenance, housekeeping and laundry chores, and receive personalized assistance that will empower them to live the way they desire.

Family is also important at New Standard Senior Living—both the sense of family that develops between residents and team members, as well as the way family members and friends are encouraged to visit and participate in the life of the community. The emphasis on family and individualized support builds the high level of trust and connection.

Each facility should employ about 100 people in total, including administrative, professional, and housekeeping, nursing and culinary employees.

If interested in putting in job applications or for more information about the communities, visit with the representative who is there five days a week during normal business hours or e-mail Lisa Kelly at [email protected].
