The late fall session of group exercise classes has begun at the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA. Current YMCA members and community members aged 15 and older are invited to participate in these programs. The classes are typically set for seven weeks, from the first week of November through December 18. The earliest begins at 5:45 a.m., and the latest ends at 8:30 p.m.
Classes are available from Monday through Saturday and usually meet once or two times per week. Registration is ongoing.
The roster includes these new programs: Cardio and Strength, Circuit Training for Beginners, Intro to the Fitness Center, Pilates Fusion, Sonic Spin, Spin and Stretch, and Tabata Shred.
Many long-time favorites are also available, including Zumba, several types of Yoga, and various strength training classes. There are also live virtual options for some classes.
