Millville Savings Bank has announced that Robert P. Gehring and Louis L. Petrini, Sr., have been added to the Bank’s Board of Directors, and current board member Chuck Wyble was named chairman of the Board.

Both of the new directors add exceptional banking expertise that will help the bank to continue to grow and advance as an independent community bank. Chuck Wyble, who has served on the board for 15 years, is a great choice as our chairman to help continue the Bank’s long tradition of being a neighborhood and BauerFinancial 5-star rated bank.”
Gehring has accumulated more than 45 years of commercial and real estate banking experience having previously worked at several commercial and savings chartered banks in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Florida, and Delaware.
In addition to credit administration and management, his expertise is commercial and real estate lending in the Delaware Valley market area including Southern New Jersey. He has held senior executive-level positions at banks ranging in size up to $13 billion including a large retail bank headquartered in Wilmington where he served as Division Manager of the Credit Risk Management Division. Prior to his retirement he held the position of Chief Credit Officer at a large South Jersey community bank.
Over his career Gehring has served on several community-based boards and committees including Community Redevelopment, Zoning and Board of Adjustment and notably, President of the South Harrison Board of Education. Additionally, he was the founder of the South Harrison Alliance for Educational Excellence, a non-profit 501(c) 3 Education Foundation that subsidized ancillary programs at the elementary level including reading literacy and the arts.
Petrini has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry in high-level positions. His expertise encompasses many facets of banking in the South Jersey area, including loan originations, secured, unsecured, with recourse and non-recourse; loan servicing; credit underwriting; financial analysis; collateral liquidation; and commercial, business, and real estate lending. He has held leadership positions for several South Jersey and regional banks. Petrini is also the founding president of the Buena Regional Education Foundation, and a past member of the NJ Association of School Business Officials, and Buena Vista Township Economic Committee Urban Loan Fund.
Wyble has lived in Millville for nearly 60 years and has over 35 years of expertise in advertising, marketing, and public relations. For over 30 years, he worked for Wyble Advertising, his family’s business located in Millville. He currently works for Clearbridge Branding Agency in Glassboro, Philadelphia, and Chicago, where his advertising prowess helps the agency exceed client expectations.
Wyble has served on the Millville Savings Board of Directors for 15 years. He is also currently on the Board of Directors of the Greater Millville Chamber of Commerce, vice chair of the Millville Army Air Field Museum, and also serves on the Millville Kiwanis Club’s Board.
