Millville High School Students Advance to State Teen Arts Festival

Millville Public Schools is proud to announce that a group of exceptionally talented students have advanced to the state-level competition of the New Jersey Teen Arts Festival, showcasing their outstanding artistic achievements across multiple disciplines.
In 2D Visual Art, congratulations go to Revon Force, Ryan Dingle, Erin Henry, and Mia Weldon for their expressive and innovative works. In 3D Visual Art, Olivia Cronk, Layla Mack, and Aelyn Thoden have demonstrated extraordinary craftsmanship and creativity. Special recognition goes to Layla Mack, whose piece “Croaky” was selected for the prestigious State Touring Visual Art Exhibit.
In the Theater category, Holly Burns has advanced with her compelling performance as Miss Marple in the Small Group Theater entry. In Instrumental Music, the dynamic Percussion Ensemble will represent in the Small Group Instrumental category. For Large Group Instrumental, the Millville High School Jazz Band advances with their rendition of “Space City Shuffle.”
The Vocal Music department also shines brightly, with Devion Watson advancing in Small Group Vocal Music for his powerful rendition of “Turning Tables”, alongside Concert Chorale with “Stardust”, and Vocal Workshop with “Enter With Song”. Additionally, the Chamber Choir will represent in the Large Group Vocal Music category with their moving performance of “O Love.”
These students exemplify the spirit of artistic excellence and dedication. Their advancement to the state level reflects not only their personal talents but also the strength of the arts education in our community.
