Painted cabinets, in todays colors like white, gray and cream tones are what’s being sold predominately and the use of Quartz countertops VS granite is gaining more ground.

Floors are changing from solid hardwood that withstands the test of time but needs to be maintained to floors that imitate hardwood floor. The vinyl plank floors OR Water proof / pet proof / kid proof floors are being used to save money and save worry.

Some simple updates today would be adding a bright, clean subway style tile to your back splash for a nice accent to the kitchen, or even updating the hardware on the cabinets.
