Congratulations to Madison Manno, Miss Tri-City 2023, who was crowned on April 30 at the Landis Theater. Madison is an 18-year-old High School Senior and is looking forward to her year of service. Madison and eight other contestants competed in talent, an on-stage question, a private interview and evening wear.
