July Programs at Millville Public Library

Lego Club: For grades K-8, is meeting July 15 and 29 at 6 p.m. Build themed Lego designs with family and friends. Registration is required.

Summer Reading Kickoff: At the kickoff you may register and collect all the information you need to participate this summer. Tiny canvases will be available for adults who wish to participate by painting their own colorful world. Kickoff will be July 1 from 5 – 6 p.m.

Poetry Workshop: It’s poetry night at the Millville Public Library! On July 17 at 6 p.m. we will host a Poetry Workshop for ages 18+, which will be facilitated by RG Evans, local author and poet.

Fiber Arts: Group for those to work on knitting, crocheting, macramé, sewing, embroidery, and any other fiber art they wish. Bring supplies and tools from home. Meets every Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m.

NJ Author Series: Welcome author Tela Telise on July 24 at 6:30 p.m. as she presents her book, Nature Mandalas for Busy Minds: Mindfulness Moments for Inspiring Connection and Calm. Telise will speak about the book, the writing process, and the mindfulness we can achieve through craft.

Miss Tori’s Critters: Tori’s Critters is back! Come see some live animals that may look scary, but are really sweet on July 29 at from 1 to 2 p.m. Families with kids of all ages are welcome! Registration is encouraged.

Percussion with Tony Mascara: Color your world with music as we welcome percussionist and sound engineer, Tony Mascara. He will demonstrate a variety of instruments from around the world. This event will be held on July 10 at 6:30 p.m.

Sound Healing: Ahmad Graves-El will help you relieve stress with sound vibrations to promote well-being and healing. To be held July 31 at 6:30 p.m.
