Inspira Health recently celebrated the grand opening of Inspira Medical Group Primary Care Millville, a newly relocated and expanded office in Cumberland County. The 9,000+ square-foot facility is located in the Union Lake Crossing Shopping Center at 2148 North 2nd Street, Suite A, in Millville. It was formerly a Pier 1 Imports.

Inspira’s $5M investment to relocate and develop the new primary care facility comes in response to the growing demand for accessible, high-quality care in the region. With this expansion, Inspira Primary Care Millville’s footprint has grown from 2,000 to more than 9,000 square feet, providing greater opportunity to accommodate more patients in a timely manner.

“We are thrilled to officially welcome the community to the new and expanded Inspira Medical Group Primary Care Millville,” said Amy Mansue, president and CEO of Inspira Health. “This investment in the City of Millville allows us to meet the evolving and growing needs of those we serve. Our team is excited to deliver an accessible and exceptional health care experience for all within this larger, modern facility.”

Inspira Primary Care Millville will support a breadth of services for the community, including annual check-ups, diagnosis and treatment of acute illness, in-office lab draws, management of chronic illnesses, preventative health care screenings and counseling, specialist referrals and more.

The primary care office currently has four Inspira physicians delivering services to patients and will increase the number of clinicians to six by the end of this month.

“Our team is committed to empowering healthier communities by creating the highest-quality and most desirable patient experience in the region,” said Scott Wagner, M.D., president of Inspira Medical Group. “We are constantly looking to improve our services and facilities to meet our patients’ unique needs. Inspira is honored to open this new, larger office, and we are looking forward to the positive impact it will provide to Millville and the greater community.”

The new office will include 23 exam rooms as well as unique facility upgrades. The facility will now include a dedicated room to prepare and store vaccines, a sports medicine program, an expanded resident program and weight loss programming that will roll out in the next year. The addition of family medicine physicians receiving advanced training in obesity medicine and sports medicine will bring additional expertise to the practice.
