Everything You Need to Know About ICE Barcelona 2025: Latest Updates

The International Casino Exhibition (ICE) will relocate to Barcelona for the first time this January.
From January 20–22, 2025, the event will bring together the brightest minds and leading brands in iGaming for three days of networking, innovation, and industry-defining discussions.
ICE Barcelona – A Bigger and Bolder Event
The International Casino Exhibition will make its highly anticipated debut in Barcelona, moving from its long-standing home in London.
Two major shows during the three-day event are already sold out – the ICE Barcelona forum and the iGB Affiliate. Both are organized by Clarion Gaming, which recently announced that exhibitor spaces for both shows are officially sold out. A waiting list for the 2026 ICE has already been set up.
Clarion Gaming’s Managing Director, Stuart Hunter, revealed that the ICE Gaming show will feature 120,000 square feet of exhibitor space – 20% larger than ICE London 2024. More than 1,000 exhibitor brands from 118 countries will be present. A special “Sustaining Gambling Zone” will also be featured in Halls 4 and 5 of the venue, showcasing the latest innovations and “next evolution” gambling practices.
The Move to Barcelona – What Does It Mean for the Event?
Since the first ICE convention in 2007, the event has remained in London. However, Clarion Gaming, the event organizer, has found that Barcelona offers superior facilities, a robust hospitality infrastructure, and a supportive local government.
The decision to host ICE 2025 at the state-of-the-art Fira de Barcelona was driven by its capacity to accommodate the event’s ever-changing scale and ambition. The venue’s modern infrastructure is poised to foster even greater collaboration and innovation among iGaming leaders.
What Industry Professionals Can Expect from ICE
Industry experts looking to engage in high-level roundtable talks, workshops, and in-depth forums will find ICE 2025 to be an ideal venue for networking with decision-makers, business executives, and potential partners. The fact that this ICE convention is sold out further highlights the influence of the ICE gambling community.
Attendees can expect hands-on demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and live demos of the latest iGaming technologies and products. The new Sustainable Gambling Zone will spotlight eco-friendly solutions and practices within the industry.
They can also participate in the ICE World Gaming Forum (formerly ICE VOX), which consists of several key events, including the following:
- World Regulatory Briefing: Covers important updates and discussions on global gaming regulations.
- ICE Casino Conference: Trends, innovations, and best practices in the casino industry.
- Esports & Games Conference: Delves into the latest developments and opportunities in the esports and gaming sectors.
Overall, ICE Barcelona 2025 will be one of the most important gatherings that could help shape the future of iGaming. It is a must-attend for anyone looking to stay at the forefront of the industry.
