Free STEM World Classroom Speaker Series

Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) invites you to bring a world of science, technology, engineering and mathematics knowledge to your doorstep with the College’s STEM World Classroom guest speaker series.

Free to RCSJ students and to all interested members of the community, the World Classroom series is an opportunity to learn more about cutting-edge STEM research, ask questions and receive career and leadership advice from scientists, doctors and researchers around the world. Sessions are held via Zoom, typically between 11 a.m. and 12 noon, enabling participants to join in from anywhere and interact with professionals across an array of STEM disciplines.

Four speakers will be featured in the month of November, including Dr. Dan Saltzberg, Postdoctoral Bioengineering Scholar at UCSF School of Pharmacy on November 5; Dr. Daphney Chery, 2020-2021 AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow and Department of Defense Researcher on November 10; Dr. Esther Biswas-Fiss, Professor and Chair of Medical & Molecular Sciences at University of Delaware on November 12; and Dr. Sarah Bauer, Majors Assistant Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering on November 19.
