Are you looking for a course to learn English as a second language? If so, visit the Vineland Public Library, 1058 E. Landis Avenue, for a series of free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Liza Hernandez, certified English Language Instructor from Rowan College of South Jersey with 15 years of teaching experience, will offer a two-hour class every Friday beginning March 1.
Adult learners of all levels are encouraged to register for the classes. Class size is limited to 20 participants, and registration is required. Potential students must have an e-mail address and a valid Vineland, Millville or Bridgeton library card in order to check out materials for the class. Classes will be held in the library’s Teen Room, located on the first floor, on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. To register, stop by the library’s Information Desk or call 856-794-4244, ext. 4243.
