Franklin Bank is sponsoring Project Thanksgiving’s 12th annual turkey drive. Their $500 donation will be used to help provide Thanksgiving dinners to local veterans and their families. The Project Thanksgiving team is dedicating this year’s event to the memory of Father Paul Pantelis. He served 19 years in the military, attained the rank of Captain and was the recipient of the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and numerous other awards. After bravely serving his country while in the Army, he gave his heart and soul to members of his community as a Greek Orthodox priest. Thank you, Franklin Bank, for helping us honor such a humble and distinguished gentleman in Captain Paul Pantelis.
