Fall Classes at YMCA Include Group Exercise and Water Exercise

The coming weeks are going to be busy at the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA with a new schedule of fall classes. These are available to the public at varying fees and are free to Y facility members. Classes began during the last days of October and run until the second full week of December. Registration is ongoing now. For more details, call 856-691-0030 or check ccaymca.org.

The group exercise schedule includes 43 classes beginning as early as 5:45 a.m. and ending as late as 8:30 p.m. They include yoga, Spinning, strength training. Zumba, and many more activities. The class options for water exercise are Deep Water Exercise, Shallow Water Exercise. Aqua Zumba, and Pool Volleyball. These are offered throughout the week.

The YMCA’s signature programs are also available. These are LiveSTRONG, Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring, and Prevent T2 Diabetes.
