The Woman’s Club of Vineland recently packed 346 tins filled with cookies and candies. This is an annual project to bless the residents at the Veteran’s Memorial Home and Baker Place. The cookies are given out at the Veterans’ Annual Christmas Party and the residents look forward to receiving these goodies. Along with the cookie tins, the Woman’s Club of Vineland donated calendars and $685 that will be used for the residents’ Christmas wish lists.
Diane Ragone, the chairperson for this project of The Woman’s Club of Vineland, thanks all the members and friends and relatives of club members who helped by baking and filling the tins. It is such a joy to remember those who served in our military.
