It’s Christmas in July in the Glasstown Arts District! All month, there are 15 businesses offering specials and discounts when you shop in their stores. You may also enter a free drawing giving you a chance to win Downtown Dollars. First-place prize is $500, second is $250, and third is $100. You may enter as many times as you visit each establishment.
To top off the summer Christmas festivities, there will be a sidewalk sale on High Street from Main to Broad streets, featuring lots of bargains and unique items. Browse the displays of art and also crafts along with collectibles. Sidewalk sales are a longtime tradition in many downtowns throughout the United States.
The events are brought to you by the City of Millville’s Recreation Department, Holly City Development Corporation, and the Glasstown Arts District. The sidewalk sale will be held on July 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The 4th Saturday Made in Millville event held at the Village on High, 501 N. High Street and will be incorporated into the Sidewalk Sale event on July 22. Here you will find a wide range of artisans and crafters with their wares. There will be live music by the Andy Dimacale Duo at the Village on High.
Cool off at this event and all month long at any of our downtown restaurants and eateries with cold beverages and delicious sandwiches and desserts.
Mark your calendars in advance for our first time Holly City Fest—Saturday, August 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. High Street will be closed to traffic as our same three partners will present this community and visitor event. There will be three live bands located in the first, third and fifth blocks of our main street. Tents will be set up for you to peruse the arts, crafts, and goods being offered by our local businesses and vendors.
Our eateries will be setting up outdoors and will also have indoor dining to accommodate you and your family and friends as you browse and enjoy the variety of music.
