Century Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Robert G. Jack to vice president of Deposit Operations, bringing more than 10 years of financial services industry leadership experience to this new role. Jack will assume this appointment in addition to his role of BSA Officer. He has been with the bank since 2018.
Jack will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of operational activities within the bank, including electronic banking and deposit services. He will manage the development and implementation of the Bank’s process improvement, technological competitiveness, and will partner with other departments in achieving strategic goals and initiatives.
“Rob has been a great addition to the Bank’s management team. This promotion recognizes the invaluable contributions Rob has made to Century during his tenure with us.” said Senior Vice President of Marketing & Retail Banking Deborah Holman.
In addition, Jayne St. John has been promoted to AVP/assistant manager of BSA. She has been with the bank since 2007.
