Big Brothers Big Sisters Cumberland & Salem Counties (BBBS) has been selected as a beneficiary of the ACME Give Back Where It Counts Reusable Bag Program for the month of August 2019. The goal of the program is to encourage community support for charitable organizations where shoppers live and work.
BBBS was selected as the August beneficiary of the program by store leadership at the ACME located at 301 South Main Road in Vineland. As part of the program, BBBS will receive a $1 donation every time the $3.00 reusable Give Back Where It Counts Bag is purchased at this location during August. The program is designed to make it easy for ACME customers to contribute to their local community while benefiting the environment at the same time.
“When you support Big Brothers Big Sisters, you directly help children throughout Cumberland & Salem Counties to achieve better educational outcomes, avoid risky behaviors, gain confidence, and improve relationships,” said Melody Montgomery, Director of Development. “Your financial contributions, which stay in the local community, are critical to helping BBBS achieve our mission to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.”
