The Bay Atlantic Symphony Board of Directors announces the appointment of Brian McPeak, of Ocean City, New Jersey, as the new Executive Director for the Bay Atlantic Symphony.
In his role, McPeak will manage the financial and the institutional development of the forward-looking arts organization. With Music Director Jed Gaylin he will help to build and maintain relationships with active and new symphony sponsors, develop unique partnerships with other arts organizations, community outreach efforts, and enhance the symphony’s wide range of music education programs for both adults and schoolchildren.
A communications and public affairs professional, McPeak maintains more than 30 years of career expertise at two Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he has served in a multitude of leadership positions for non-profit organizations, with a focus on arts and culture. A community advocate, Brian has served on the Board of Trustees and as chair of the Board of Directors of the Bristol Riverside Theatre, a regional equity performing arts organization in Bucks County, PA. He also was on the Board of the Delaware Valley Grantmakers (presently known as the Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia).

The Bay Atlantic Symphony performs symphonic and chamber concerts and educates adults, young people, and special populations throughout southern New Jersey in the beauty and power of classical music.
