Rotary’s Community Hero Award

The Vineland Historical and Antiquarian Society was awarded the first “Community Hero” Award by the Vineland Rotary Club at a recent meeting. The award states “In recognition of the Vineland Historical and Antiquarian Society for the museum’s significant growth and notable accomplishments in developing successful, community-based programming that has broadened access to its historical and cultural experiences for the citizens of Vineland, New Jersey.”

The award was presented by Josephine Spinelli, Rotary President, to the trustees of Vineland Historical and Antiquarian Society.  A brief presentation of Vineland’s history and the museum’s history plus future plans was given by Valerie Neuber, president of the trustees.
