Okotie-Isekenegbe Scholarship Established
Dr. Thomas Isekenegbe, former Cumberland County College president, recently established an endowment in memory of his wife, Patience Okotie-Isekenegbe. Cumberland County Education Foundation Board of Directors gathered for an endowment signing to commemorate the scholarship for Cumberland County residents. The scholarship will be awarded annually for $1,000 to a first-generation student demonstrating financial need, and studying in the social behavioral sciences, as it honors a dedicated rehabilitation counselor.
