Third Friday at Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts
Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts, 22 N. High St., Millville. Third Friday at the Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts is presented by PNC Arts Alive. Experience the art, meet the artists, enjoy refreshments. Art Reception is Friday, August 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. with live music by Dan Godbey, Joe Kelly & Jim Albertson.
Exhibits continue:
Main Gallery – “Kathy Anne English: Painting America.” Kathy’s 50 paintings of 50 state parks, national parks, and roadside scenes. As part of the exhibit is an artist’s info for each experience, and a video of her journey will be running during the exhibit.
Witt Gallery – “Cumberland County on Canvas” Cumberland County Cultural & Heritage Commission announced its awards in July, so stop in to see the beauty of Cumberland County through the eyes and hands of talented local artists. The top three awarded artworks receive cash rewards including the purchase of the art to be added to the county’s art collection, displayed in county buildings.
Atrium Gallery – “Windows of the Soul” Portraits by Marco Monteiro (example below).

Associate Artist Alcove: Teresa Makani and Alice (Tati) Soto became acquainted while attending classes at the Barn Studio of Art. You will be able to meet them to discuss their perspective.
Artwalk – Visit DC Gallery (“Other Worlds” opening exhibit with visual artists Lauren Ashley & Kathleen Studebaker in its brand new exhibition), the Village on High shops, and the Arts & Innovation gallery. Pick up a map and get it stamped at three locations for a chance to win the monthly art prize!
