The Cumberland County Board of County Commissioners and the Cumberland County Department of Human Services will hold its 8th Annual Overdose Awareness Candlelight Vigil on Thursday, August 22, at the Rowan College of South Jersey – Luciano Theatre, 3322 College Dr, Vineland, NJ 08360. Doors will open at 6 p.m. The Candlelight Vigil is intended to be an opportunity for the community to come together for strength, comfort ,and encouragement.
