Here you will find everything that you need to know about what is going on in your downtown district. You can find more about all of our fantastic events, news and happenings, business directory, incentives, promotions and so much more. Explore our tabs to learn more about dining, shopping, working and living on The Ave. Bookmark this page and visit us frequently and you will always be kept up-to-date with all the happenings on The Ave.

You will also find our detailed Dining Map under the “Explore” tab as well as our Walking Trail – Walk The Ave showing our 1 & 2 Mile Walking Trails (or do them both to get in a 3 mile walk!).

If you’re looking to open a new business or need an office space in our bustling downtown, be sure to check out our “Work On the Ave” tab to learn of all of the benefits of locating your business in our Main Street. You will also find our properties available for lease or sale under our “Property Listings” tab. This is dependent upon our Landlords and property owners to keep current, but as we get the information, it will be available here. We also will be sharing any incentives that may be available to your business should you decide to locate here.

You can also learn more about how you can “plug into” our organization by volunteering or by supporting our mission though sponsoring one of our many successful events. All of this information can easily be found on our new website.

July is the month of our next group of quarterly team meetings. All teams—Organization, Design, Promotions and Economic Vitality teams—will meet on Thursday, July 20, at noon at the VDID office and via Zoom.
