Some of South Jersey’s wineries offer yoga at their vineyards. After you say “Namaste,” you can indulge in great vintages and by using your Xspero app to pay for your wine and food, you give 20 percent to your favorite charity. Cedar Rose Vineyards, Millville: Vineyard Vinyasa – The Balance Center for Natural Health (Millville) creates the perfectly relaxing combination of yoga and wine. Start off with a one-hour yoga class that’s appropriate for all levels and end it with a glass of wine to help relax even further. Ticket includes class and glass of wine. Bring your own mat and water bottle. Any other accessories needed for the class will be provided. Next event is July 10.
Salem Oak Vineyards, Pedricktown: Yoga in the Vineyard is offered Wednesday evenings. This outdoor class by Yoga without Ego connects you with nature and is accessible to everyone, you don’t have to be a yoga pro! So grab your friends, bring a yoga mat or a towel and they’ll supply the peace, serenity, wine and snacks! Class costs just $10. Food and wine are available for purchase after class.
Bellview Winery, Buena: Vinyasa & Vino at Bellview Winery is a memorable yoga experience that will have you viewing the vineyards followed by a relaxing savasana and, of course, wine! It’s a monthly yoga program held at the winery. Enjoy a one-hour Vinyasa (breath for breath flow) with Joy Torres. This class is suitable for all levels and is beginner-friendly. After the class ends, choose a wine to enjoy and unwind. Tickets are $20 and include a glass of wine. Next event is July 11 at 11 a.m.
