Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORSâ recently honored Susanna Philippoussis and the Scott Sheppard Team, Vineland Office sales associates, with a Chairman’s Circle Gold Award. This award recognizes agents for their excellent sales performance for 2022, placing them in the top 2 percent of more than 50,000 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide.

The Scott Sheppard Team was also recognized with an esteemed 5 Year Legend Award, recognizing them for reaching the 5 year milestone of consecutively winning the Chairman’s Circle Award. As Legend Award recipients, they join an elite group of sales professionals who have consistently ranked in the top two percent of the network of sales professionals. Team members, led by Scott Sheppard, include James Papiano, Kristen Carrow, Jake Hatki, Pasquale McErlain, Bradley Miller and Michele Sangataldo.
