Cumberland County Commissioner Carol Musso, was elected to serve as president of the South Jersey Commissioners (formerly Freeholders) Association at its virtual reorganization meeting held recently. The SJCA membership consists of the commissioners of the eight South Jersey counties and provides a forum for South Jersey’s commissioners to share information and work together on issues of common concern.
