Thanks to the Tri-County Rotary Club, the Boys & Girls Club of Vineland got a visit from Josh the Otter during its summer enrichment program held at the Carl Arthur Center.
“Josh the Baby Otter” was created to help children comprehend and remember the important message of water safety at all times. Boys & Girls Club members were presented with a story about Josh and then made the water safety pledge. The Club endorses the fact that water safety behavior needs to be created for all children that will be passed on from generation to generation.
